- Skating- 1 gold, 2 silver in 2018, 1 gold in 2019
- Yoga- 1 gold in 2018, 2 gold and 1 silver in 2019
- Karate - 1 gold in 2018, 6 golds in 2019
- Archery- 5 gold, 2 silver, 4 bronze in 2019

- Chess- 1 silver in 2019
- Hockey- district winners, 3 represented state level tournaments
National level achievements:
- Kho-Kho - 3 students represented Tamilnadu in 2018 and 2019
- Karate - 1 student represented Tamilnadu in 2018, 4 represented in 2019
- Archery- Our archery team won 3 archery championships that includes under 14 girls category, under 14 boys category and under 17 girls category
- Students have represented Rural national Games in Archery and secured Third place in 2016.
- Archery students represented Karur District in the Year 2016-2017 S. Dharshini of Class 7 represented Karur District in the year 2016-17.
The name ISHETHRA is an acronym of International School for Holistic Education through Traditional, Historical and Realistic Approach.
